Okay, so it's really a bronze by Ludzer Vandermolen. Here's another angle. I like the fading light and the juxtaposition of the Arts and Crafts lampost and the ugly telephone poles.
On the truth-telling front, we did see the return of our mourning dove and a pair of white-breasted nuthatches, so that was a treat.

You will love your DSLR. And yes, you will take fabulous photos. Just read the camera manual or get someone to walk you through the camera operation, and shoot thousands of photos! Happy shooting.
